Convert Reservation to Counter Worksheet

This utility will convert the reservation into a counter worksheet which in turn can be saved or converted to a contract.

The convert program can be accessed from Reservations by clicking on the CONVERT button at the bottom of the Reservation screen, and then selecting the Worksheet option.

If any attachments are linked to the source Reservation, they will also be linked to the document resulting from the convert action.

If the date/time out or date/time due back are changed in this utility, the dates and times are updated for on the worksheet header as well as each product detail line.
Rates, amounts, and billing day code on the worksheet reflect the new dates and times.

If this reservation has already been honored a list of any other contracts or worksheets will be displayed, providing the ability to drill down in the window to header, details, and services.

If the Reservation is not deleted after converting it to a Worksheet, the product bookings are not deleted from the requirements table.
