Unit Price Mask for Sales Items

Note: The two parameters in this window do not apply to the standard software as both 'Cost' and 'List Price' capture up to four decimal place amounts and then round where required.

In the "Inventory" settings of the company wide Support Application Parameters the Allow Fractional Cents For Sale Item List Price flag can be set to allow the price of Sales Items to be extended to partial cents.
This can be useful on bulk items such as nuts and bolts.

The following parameters can be used to define the partial cents limitations:

APPLY ALTERNATE MASK FOR LIST PRICE BELOW

Set the price value, below which partial cents can apply.
This price is the List set in Sales Inventory per unit, regardless of any special pricing on the document.

Note: This "price value" is determined by the average cost, so if the average cost for the product is above the value set for the 'Apply Alternate Mask for List Price Below', then the decimals will always be set to the standard value of 2.

NUMBER OF DECIMALS TO ROUND TO FOR ALTERNATE MASK

Set the number of decimals greater than 2 and less than 4 to which the unit price should be rounded.

Note: Standard document and standard Crystal and Jasper documents respect unit pricing with multiple decimal places when this feature is activated.
