Work Order Menu -> Work Order -> "Multiple Maintenance Schedule" -> Maintenance Type and Code Search


Any scheduled maintenance required for the product is displayed as setup in Maintenance Schedule.

The fields for each scheduled maintenance record include:

TYPE
Types of maintenance have been categorized as follows:
1 -By # of Rental Days (e.g. every 30 days rented)
2 -By # of Actual Days (e.g. every 6 months, regardless of days rented)
3 -By Actual Date (e.g. at set dates, July 1, Oct 1)
4 -By # of Meter Units (e.g. every 100 hours on the meter)
5 -By Actual Meter Reading (e.g. at set meter reading counts, 5000, 5175, 5350)

CODE
The Maintenance Codes are used in equipment repairs and Work Orders to indicate why the item is in for service, as setup in Maintenance Codes.
e.g. WE - Warranty Expiry, T - Tire Replacement, D - Damaged, Y - Yearly Inspection

LAST DATE
This is the date of last service on this product for this Type/Code maintenance.

This is relevant when determining maintenance scheduling for Types 2 Actual Days Between Service and 3 Actual Date.


LAST DAYS
This is the number of rental days since the last service on this product for this Type/Code maintenance.

It is relevant only to scheduling maintenance for Type 1 Rental Days Between Service.


LAST METER
This is the meter reading at the time of the last service for this maintenance Type/Code.
This field will be blank if the product has never been serviced before.

This is relevant when determining maintenance scheduling for Types 4 Meter Units Between Service and 5 Actual Meter Reading.


DAYS BETWEEN
Depending on the maintenance type being scheduled, this number of days can represent either the "days out on rent" or the number of "actual calendar days", which can elapse before the next maintenance is due for this Type/Code.

This is relevant when determining maintenance scheduling for Types 1 Rental Days Between Service and 2 Actual Days Between Service.


METER BETWEEN
This is the number of meter units (hours, etc) which can elapse before the next maintenance is due using the LTD Meter count.

This count is only used to schedule when service is next due according to maintenance Type 4 # Meter Units Between Service.


LAST LTD METER
This is the Life-To-Date reading of the meter when it was last service for this Type/Code maintenance.
This field will be blank if the product has never been serviced before.

This count is only used to track when service is next due according to maintenance Type 4 # Meter Units Between Service.


DETAILS
To view the details on a specific maintenance record double-click on the appropriate record, or highlight the record and click the DETAILS button.

The maintenance list can be resorted by any column in ascending or descending order, by clicking in the column heading.
Columns can also be dragged and dropped to reposition them as required.

To select a value from the displayed list, double-click on the appropriate record, or highlight the record and click the SELECT button.

When this search window is used to select multiple maintenance records to be complete on a Work Order, select each maintenance record individually adding it to the list displayed in the Maintenance Schedule window.
