Clone Maintenance Schedule


Work Order Menu -> Maintenance Scheduling -> Maintenance Schedule -> CLONE button -> Clone Maintenance Schedule

This program copies an existing maintenance record for a product as setup in Maintenance Schedule with kits and instructions, to another product or selection of products.
The prompts are:

FROM PRODUCT#
Enter the source product number of the equipment that already has a maintenance record setup, or select one from the Inventory Search window.

MAINTENANCE TYPE, "ALL" OR "SEL"
Enter the type of the existing maintenance record, or select one from the drop-down list, or type "ALL" to include all types, or type "SEL" to open the Select Maintenance Types window to build a list of maintenance types to be copied.

MAINTENANCE CODE, "ALL" OR "SEL"
Enter the maintenance code of the existing product maintenance record, or select one from the Maintenance Code Search window, or type "ALL" to include all maintenance codes, or type "SEL" to open the Select Maintenance Codes window to build a list of codes to include.

TO PRODUCT # OR "SEL"
Enter the number of the equipment to which the maintenance record should be copied, or select one from the Inventory Search window, or type "SEL" to open the Select Products window to build a list of products to be updated.

If the maintenance type is for a meter reading, this product must be setup as a meter product in Rental Inventory.

Click ACCEPT to create the new maintenance record, or CANCEL to abort.
