In Store Products List

The In Store Products Which May Not Require Maintenance List can be triggered from the Generate Maintenance Edit function, to list any products that are currently in the yard that are also due for maintenance By Actual Days.

The list of equipment includes the product number, description, maintenance code, Group, location, and last contract number.
A window is provided on the Last Contract field to drill down to the contract details as outlined in View Document Information.

Only equipment that is scheduled for maintenance because of By Actual Days is reported.
This is useful because the equipment may not actually require service if it is not being utilized, or if it was already serviced when it was checked in.

The option is provided to print this equipment list of In Store Products for follow-up, with the product#, description, maintenance code, group, location and last contract#.

Note: These items will still be listed in the View Maintenance Edit Results screen, where they can be removed from the maintenance scheduled if required before generating service Work Orders.
