Maintenance Cost Report

This report prints by Product Number and by Date selection.
The Cost Report includes information on the Product #, Repair Date, Repair Code, Maintenance code description, Work Order #, Repaired By, Meter Reading, Total Cost, and the details of the parts, labor, miscellaneous costs and notes.
The spreadsheet output also includes an amount column to list costs for the Parts, Labour, and Other and includes the Employee number and name from the labor transactions if Print Labor Details is selected.

Invoiced Repairs are can be included or excluded.
These are the repairs which are paid for by a customer, and therefore have no direct cost to your firm.

Options to print the parts, labor, miscellaneous charges and notes are provided.
