Work Order Inquiry By Part
This is a maintenance utility that can be added to an Additional Options menu as it is not on a
standard menu.
This inquiry identifies all the Work Orders on which a specific
part has been used.
The selection displayed is by date range, and can be for Current
Work Orders in progress, or for Work Orders that have already been
closed out to History.
The prompts are:

- PART#
- Enter the Sales part number or look it up in the window.
CURRENT OR HISTORY- Type C to review Current Work Orders not yet completed.
Type H to review Works Orders that have been completed and are
closed out to History.
FROM DATE- Accept the starting date or type in the preferred starting date
for the display.
- TO DATE
- Accept today's date or type in the preferred ending date for
the display range.
WORK ORDER#- The W.O. number that this part is on displays.
MAKE/MODEL- The Make/Model that is being serviced on this Work Order
displays.
When repairing your own equipment, this is the product number.
- DESCRIPTION
- The description of the inventory being serviced displays.
PART QTY- The number of this part used on the W.O. displays.
DATE- The date on the parts detail displays.
Expanded Information- Press <F9> to view the Customer # and name from the Work
Order.
