Work Order Inquiry By Make/Model

** This utility is under development and is not yet available. **

This Work Order inquiry displays a work order for a specific make/model. The inquiry provides a search for all open work orders for that make/model.
The prompts are:

MAKE/MODEL#

<F4> Enter the make/model or equipment number or look it up in the window.
Press Window key, to view a list of all equipment (make/models) currently on Work Orders, then make your selection.

SERIAL #

<F4> Enter the serial number, or press the Window Key to get a list of serial #'s currently on Work Orders for this Make/Model.

WORK ORDER #

<F4> Enter the work order #, or select it from the window.
To see a list of all open Work Orders for this customer, press Window Key.

CUST #

The customer number and name on the Work Order will display.

DATE

The Work Order Date will display.

COMMENTS

Press <F4> to view any Comments on this W.O.

TOTAL PARTS

The total charge of the parts used is displayed.

Press <F4> to view the detailed parts records. The Part #, Description, Quantity Issued so far, with the price Each, and Extended Amount are displayed.
Press <F9> to view the original Quantity Ordered on the W.O., and any Back Ordered quantity, as well as any Discount %, Discount Amount, Tax codes, and any split billing amounts of the parts between the Customer, the Warranty Charge, and Internal Repair Charge.
No changes can be made in this window.

TOTAL LABOR

The total labor charge is displayed.

Press <F4> to view the labor window displaying the Description, Time, Rate and Labor amounts.
Press the Right Arrow key to move the cursor to the Minutes field and press <F4> to view any labor details.
Press <F9> to view any Discount %, Discount Amount, Tax codes, and any split billing amounts of the labor between the Customer, the Warranty Charge, and Internal Repair Charge.

TOTAL SVCES

The total charge for the W.O. services is displayed.

Press <F4> to view the service details including the Service Code, Description, Quantity, Cost Each, and Extended Cost.
Press <F9> to view any Discount %, Discount Amount, Tax codes, and any split billing amounts of the services between the Customer, the Warranty Charge, and Internal Repair Charge.

TOTAL TAXES

The total taxes charged displays.

ORDER TOTAL

The order total displays.
